Yes, almost every day. It may depend on your line. Mine, the seven, is super crowded. Riding it, I often feel like a sardine packed into a can. Sometimes I have to let three trains pass before I can finally squeeze onto a fourth.

I simply wash my hands when I get to my destination, which almost always has a bathroom, whether it's the office, the home, or some restaurant.
